Starting a few weeks ago my 200mbps starting slowing and even stopping in the evening. I then bought new mesh wifi, $$$ modem, and upgraded to 1000. Yet the problem persists I got frozen out of a work meeting @5pm and it remained sketchy. It’s clearly not my equipment. I don’t know how to report this to Comcast at a high level. I don’t want to be asked to restart my modem for the 100yh time.
