Ethernet not functional at all

Yesterday our family got a new internet plan, and along with it, a new router/modem, the Xfinity Gateway. Today, i unplugged a single ethernet cable and now not a single one will function. I’ve reset the modem multiple times, and i’ve even done a factory reset, but nothing. Any ideas?
