Ethernet connection not working

I recently upgraded to the gig internet, which my speeds haven’t tested to be that fast. I had trouble with staying connected to internet. For the past week I have been ok. Starting yesterday my Ethernet connection stopped working. I have an arlo base connected and a desktop connected via Ethernet. Neither will connect to internet but I have WiFi.
