Ethernet Connected Computers Shutting off at 10:15 PM Every Night

I have asked this three times and I have had no luck. Surely I am not the only one who has had this issue

I have Xfi in my house to control devices, down time for kids, etc. It works fine. However, for the past two months (maybe longer) my two ethernet connected computers (they do not have any wireless capability) shut off at exactly 10:15 PM each night. They stay off for a while. When I wake up in the morning they work. I get (sometimes) a message on my screen that says "your device has been paused". No idea what that means.

My office IT guy set up a ping test for my home and the DNS times out at that time. I text chatted Comcast was on for 30 minutes where they wanted to re-start the router, do this, do that. It is not the issue !!! Something is controlling these two computers. Nothing shows up on my Xfi app that shows a down time, sleep mode. etc .

Of course, they said they would escalate my issue to a "higher level" and someone would call me. Three days later no call. I am completely frustrated and really need some help. I work many times at night and when the down time occurs I am done.

Can someone suggest what I need to do? Do I need to request an in home visit? Thet cannot come obviously at 10:00 PM.

He said Ethernet connected devices. The xfi app only seems to deal with wifi. I have the same problem, but my Ethernet connected firestick shuts off at 9:30p every night. Save with the Ethernet connected PS4.
