Endless loop of no service

We lost our service 3 days ago. I have unplugged the connection and have had Comcast resend the signal multiple times. When they call to ask if I am still having problems and do I want a call, I say yes, then they say do to a service issue they cannot call, please try calling them again. It happens over and over. I have no idea what to do now.  I signed on through xfinity and got to my account but they keep asking me to sign in even though I am already signed in, it is saying hello and my name at the top of the screen. I can't get a real person. At my wits end. Any suggestions?
