Enable or Disable Network Option Greyed Out
I have a robot vac that will not connect to a 5 ghz network (I tried to install it and it would NOT). So, a month ago, I went into my router as admin and disabled that one, connected my vac while having only the 2.4 enabled, and then enabled the 5 ghz after successful van install. Now, when I try to administer my router, the options to enable/disable are greyed out. What the heck? Tried a variety of suggestions from using the app to logging onto my account, etc. - nothing would get those options to make themselves available. It feels like there was some decision by Comcast to not allow customers to do this any more?? Aggravating.
