EXTREME DATA USE

My only question is that how is it possible that even when i unplugged the cable from my modem and reset everything changed SSID and password my data meter kept on going and going.

Everything started when I got the message from Comcast saying that i have used 90% of my data,

since then and after 2 technician visits, the meter shows that i have used over 3 TB which is imposible for a small house like mine.

Besides like I said before, with everything disconnected even the internet cable from the modem, my data used was over 200 GB in 2 days.

Known issue affecting dozens if not hundreds of people, but Comcast is denying it. keep pushing it and don't let them tell you it's your fault.
