Drop outs with TLV-11 Unrecognized errors
I am suddenly getting drop-outs in my connection and my modem logs show multiple TLV-11 Unrecognized errors. This is happening neighborhood-wide as multiple people are calling into the schools about getting dropped out. Comcast first-level support seems to think nothing is wrong and refuse to send me anywhere else claiming they can only schedule a tech appointment who I'm sure will also find nothing wrong at my address. This is beyond frustrating – how do I get competent technical support?
My guess is they pushed some configuration out to people's modems and those of us with our own modems got messed up because somebody is bad at their job.

Please also post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
