I'm paying for "pro blast" with downloads at 275mbps and am only getting 130-140mbps. I tested the speed coming directly out of the modem. I can't seem to find any way to directly communicate with Comcast. The chat is useless. It would be nice to be getting what I'm paying for, or am I just being a spoiled brat!!
I'm paying for the same level of download. our typical download speed now is around 2-5 Mbps. Hardly ever goes above 100MBps recently. Speed to my computer via wifi network is 350-500MBps...so "its not me". Am trying to figure out how to tell Comcast i'll pay a prorated amount based on level of service.
