Disappointing
I ordered the one-hour WiFi package three days ago. No problem. Then I ordered the seven-day package two days ago. It worked for maybe five to seven hours. After that, it went out. When I tap on the Xfinity Wifi network, nothing happens. I'm paying for service I'm not getting, and live customer support is in hiding because of the almighty COVID-19. I don't have WiFi at home and can't get any customer support. What am I supposed to do now?
