Two days into the month it is says I've used 175gb of data. Even with my kids watching streaming movies and shows all day there is now way we have used 20% of our monthly data in two days. All of my devices are cut down to 720p resolution. No one is willing to help as I don't believe we've used that much.
Try calling Comcast Security Assurance they are the people that deal with meter questions. Ask the phone rep to put you through to them:
