Daily Service Interruptions

Internet/X1 services used to be so dependable. Lately our Internet (thus TV) goes down almost daily. This is getting extremely frustrating. Good luck trying to get an agent on the phone, or going online and filing a complaint with Xfinity. Any ideas why I should stay with this kind of service?
