Constant dropping
For the last week my internet will drop. I have been in the middle of a game and it will drop. Multiple family members have been in Zoom meeting and getting dropped all the time. We had gotten a message that they were upgrading, but has been a significant downgrade

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
Is this a WiFi connection ?

Did you try unplugging your modem, wait 5 minutes and plugging back in? I had similar problem and that worked for me.

Most times that is a temporary work around because the modem re-ranges. It can't fix a physical / line / hardware / signal / connection quality problem. That takes *boots on the ground*.
