Constant disconnects, T3, T4 time outs
From what I have been seeing, this has been a frequent issue with people needing to work from home, I have been having a similar if not the same issue? I have spoken with comcast customer service at length twice, who suspect it is my modem....MG7550, but from everything I read and the trend on the forum...it sounds like it's likely comcast's side. I am just trying to get some clarification, as I'd greatly appreciate not spending money unnecessarily at this time on a new modem if that is not the issue. I have attached a link to the errors. Please help
