Since stay at home orders began, my internet service has been horrible. Regular outages that can last 5 minutes to an hour. Multiple times a day.
I’ve had a technician come out and confirm that it is a server-side issue. When I’ve called to inquire as to what is being done to alleviate these server issues, I am regularly gaslit by inept customer service employees who tell me it’s my modem or simply refuse to connect me with anyone beyond them.
When will Comcast address these constant outages? When will Comcast provide something transparency as to when these issues will be taken care of?
