Consistant Awful Periods of Ping Spiking and Internet Slowdown

Not sure what to do, I am being told to reset my gateway, which I have done about 8 times, and nothing is fixing this. It is happening all day every day, I am unable to get in contact with an actual respresentative because my problem apparently isn't important enough. 

 

I am on a wired connection and I never had this problem until the last week or so.

Same here.  Work VPN connection drops and webex/zoom pauses.
