Connectivity issues
I recently upgraded from 200 MBs to 1 GBs service. To handle that speed I had to upgrade my modem so I purchased the ARRIS Group, Inc. SBG8300 which was recommended on the Xfinity site. The service is now very unstable. Sometimes good, sometimes not. And the strange thing is that after I restart the modem it shows up on the xfinity page and Im able to connect and restart it for a bit of time. But after a few hours the xfinity page says "We're having trouble finding a signal" so I cant remote restart it.
I have been on with customer service (via chat) several times and they say they are refreshing the signal but it doesnt seem to be resolving.
Anyone else see this - any ideas?

I checked and it seems all my signal levels are good but I do see the following in my modem logs - does it mean something?
