Connectivity / T3 Errors

Hello,

 

My cable modem appears to be dropping connection quite regularly.  Can I get some help tracking down the issue?

Take a look at your cables and cable setup. Your downstream levels are either out of spec or close to it. Downstream SNR is sketchy across the board too

Okay so I reduced the splitters between me and the cable line coming in. I see an improvement in the downstream power levels but I'm still getting dropouts due to dynamic window range exceedances. Thoughts?
