Connectivity Issues - Poor Customer Service

For the past 2 weeks, we've had horrible connectivity issues. I normally work from home and it's been terrible because I'm constantly being thrown off the network. We've had 4 different techs out to the house, including a supervisor. Their excuse is that they're replacing the underground cables which would take 2 weeks to finish. It will be 2 weeks this Saturday and we've gotten no further information.  The supervisor gave my husband his number to keep in touch or if he has questions, and my husband has reached out to him numerous times with no response. If we had Fios in our area, I'd switch in a second. I really hate Comcast. Just horrible customer service. We don't know what to do at this point to get help. Any suggestions?
