I have everything connected but cannot get this to show that it is connecting to the internet? Am I missing a step or could this be my connection? and if this is my connection, who do I contact to fix the hookup?

Have you confirmed that you’re hooked up to a live coax signal from outside? What steps have you taken? The modem isn’t just plug and play
