Connection problems

Hi i just got my router for my new apartment and i did the setup and it isnt working on any divice

What make/model devices do you have for your Comcast connection?   What lights are on your modem?  Have you called Customer Service at 800-COMCAST or 800-XFINITY to have them verify connectivity to your modem?

You need to provide more details... Is this a new install or was their service previously ? Did it ever work ? Is there a live cable feed / wall outlet ? Was it a self-activation or did you call in to get it activated ?

 

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
