roughly every 45 minutes I lose all internet service. (Ethernet devices still show connected to lan, wifi devices still show connection to wifi) but neither wifi or wired devices have internet. Its out for about 4-6 minutes and comes back on by itself. Did not have this problem with my own modem and router just started when I got the new xb6 from comcast yesterday. While internet is out both upstream and downstream channels look good and the modem says it still has internet, but none of my devices (2 computers, 2 phones, 2 tvs and 2 tablets) have any internet.
Any ideas for me to check before I waste time with comcast support?
