Connection keeps dropping

Connection keeps dropping

My connection keeps dropping.  It won't stay up for more than 10 minutes.  This seemed to start happening when Covid-19 arrived.  Could all the people working from home and kids distance learning be overtaxing the system.  My signal levels look good.  +5dBmv down and about +35 dBmv up. I have an almost brand new Arris SB-6183.

Please post the signal stats in there entirety (take screenshots or copy and paste the text) as well as the modem's error log entries.
