Intermittent dropouts, lose the connection for seconds to hours, some days worse than others. Can someone take a look at my modem log and suggest solutions? I don't want to bog down the already overworked CS reps. Arris surfboard modem and TPLink router.
The table below contains the log of events that the SB6183 has detected. This log can be important to the service provider to help diagnose and correct problems, if any should occur.

The error log entries do not look good. And there is only a single upstream channel that is locked. Noise on the lines can cause that. First, try power cycling the modem to see if it will range for and lock on to more upstream channels and cleaner downstream channels.
I've done that a few times, it didn't help - the overall problem just came back. So where might noise be picked up? External to the house or internal?
It could be either. You should get a tech out to investigate. Good luck !
