Connection goes down multiple times throughout the day

So I am going to try and write this all out. Beginning March 23rd, 2020 our internet would go out multiple times throughout the day. Sometimes for 5 mins, and sometimes it hits an hour or more. This all started when my wife and I both started trying to work from home at the same time. We are in a hardwired connect to our respective computers and also have children needing to use it for school and are connected wirelessly. Both wireless and hardwired will go down. Some times it will do it multiple times in a hour. We have done every possible Troubleshooting step often. Full reset of the modem, replace cable and ethernet. Had a tech on on the 24th of march before it was shut down. He came 3 times that day replacing everything from the pole to the modem. New cable all through it, and it still keeps going down. I attempted to start up with Centurylink during this but my park doesn't have a Centurylink connection going through out the house, so there is that. Also I have had on multuple occasions for hours at a time, used my Xfinity Mobile phone to connect as a hotspot and that works flawlessly, however has caused overage on my data plan due to this use. I am really at a loss of what to do at this time.

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue (copy your post and paste it there). Thanks. Re-closing this year old dead thread that was improperly re-opened by the new forum software / platform. A known issue that is being worked on.
