Connection drops multiple times per day

Hello,

A few months ago my internet at home started dropping out throughout the day, several times per hour. I suspected my older Arris (SB6121) modem, so I bought a newer model (SB6190). This did not fix the problem. Here are the logs I am seeing:

The image you posted isn't visible. It looks like this:

It's probably because the image requires moderator approval. That might take some time, from a few hours to a day or so. Alternatively, you could upload the image to a file sharing site and post a link to it here, or post text instead of an image.

I am having the same issues. My wifi is constantly dropping. I have a new cable modem router. Netgear c7800. I have call customer support and have been told everything is fine. I factory reset my modem router amd re updated the firmware. Still having issues. It appears i am not alone so it sounds lile this is a Comcast issue that needs to be addressed.
