Compatibility issues with the new xbt-t modem model: cgm4331com

Last week our old modem died, but we got it replaced with the new xbt-t modem. This modem’s signal is invisible to my computers, and won’t connect with my Xbox 360. Is there a way to get the cgm4331com model modem to become compatible? Thank you comcast!
