Comcast provisioning issue - Everyday


This just started happening for me for the last 2 days. I am having the exact same issue as this thread . Not sure beacause of an outage or not.  I have followed the xfinity troubleshooter and done multiple cycles of both soft and hard reboots of my cable modem (netgear CM500) but continue to see this message in my router.  I cannot do this EVERDAY. Can someone call me please?
