Comcast disappoints-AGAIN

We have had Comcast for less than a week. It was installed last Saturday. I told the technician to not place the modem where he did because it was next to a mirror and brick fireplace- he did anyway. It doesn’t work anywhere in our house but that one room. We have called DAILY trying to get someone to move it. Three people have been to our house and no one can help as they all claim they aren’t the right people to move it. Every person on the phone tries to charge us and we REFUSE. We filed a complaint with BBB and were then called by Comcast And they said they weren’t the people to talk to. We want the modem moved so it works!! And guess what- it’s been 6 days and we GOT A BILL TODAY. It doesn’t work, customer service is awful and no one will<br>Help. But they sure got billing down. What the heck is going on with this company?! We have been away from Comcast (purposely) for 12 years because of horrible experiences and were told they were better. So absolutely disappointed
