Comcast chocking bandwidth even after modem restart

Does any one know how to get service from ComCast.. 

- Called them - Call dropped and asked to go online self serve ( Said people are working from home )

- Got online and did trouble shooting - Restarted modem problem did not go away..

- Did chat session - agnet did not show up..

 

My problem:

- I am suppose to get 75MB download speed but not able to get 1 - 3 MB. Often connection speed cokes up and drops my communication

Can't see your pic. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting it at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.
