I have spent more than 10 hours attempting to communicate with comcast about this issue.
Nearly every week day around noon central time I start dropping packets; between 10-45% packet loss.
1st tier support is worthless. - Supposedly updated my firmware several times. - Rebooted modem several times. - Cycled power on modem several times. - Line techs have been in my area several times, none are in response to my issues, however.
Currenlt 12% packet loss.
I am working from home due to Covid and it make it nearly impossible to do my job.
