Changing my ip address

Does anybody know how to change your ip address? i've been getting hit offline everyday and the wifi disconnects from all devices. I've talked to mutiple agents via live chat and phone but nobody has helped. ALL they do is restart my router/modem and say all is good. They say my ip is dynamic and will change every 3 days but this is not the case as i've been getting ddossed for 3 weeks.

3 days is wrong. You are being conned. Their public  / WAN IP addresses are sticky dynamic. Mine has has been the same for years. The only thing that you can do to change it is to swap your device, or put it into bridge mode and use your own retail purchased router.

so if i get a new router/modem will it change? an agent said no. Im not sure what exactly i need to get.
