I have been using Xfinity On Demand passes. There is a hotspot with an "excellent" signal strength, but I'm no longer able to get connected to the internet. I called customer service and was given a refund. I'd really like to be able to use a pass. Nothing has changed on my end so I suspect there is something wrong with the hotspot. Can anyone help?
