Can't access a site.

I am unable to access a website.  The site is accessible to me on all my devices (four computers and four celluar phones)  as long as I don't use the xfinity gateway (Cellular, Other networks-Star Bucks).  I have refressed the gateway, computers, and cell phones.  Nothing.  I have enabled and unabled the xFi Advanced Security.
