Can not access my modem's settings through default gateway, 10.0.0.1.

Can not access my modem's settings through default gateway, 10.0.0.1.

I can not access my modem's settings through the default gateway of 10.0.0.1. I have tried accessing it while plugged in with ethernet and that does not work either. I am only able to access the settings for a minute or two after I reset the modem by hitting the reset button on the back, and then I lose connectivity. I simply get a request timed out error when I try to use 10.0.0.1.

They recently took away that ability. You have to access it with the online site or with the Xfi app now.
