We lost cable/internet connection earlier tonight, around 12:45am. Came back up briefly, but has been out awhile. Need to have service in order to work from home in the morning!!!

You can check this by going to your "My Account" and to "Service".
It should be up by now. I was also experiencing the same thing.

They have been doing routine system maintenance.
