Cable Modem issue Arris Surfboard SB6190

Hi,

I have had a lot of issues with my Arris SB6190 lately dropping the internet connection.  Sometimes it helps to do a reboot other times it doesn't.   I did a factory reset of the modem. That didn't seem to help right away but the modem is currently working now.  I am just afraid it is going to drop the internet again.  I had issues like this with an older cheap cable modem and I replaced it with this one which has worked great with few issues for at least the last year.

One thing I noticed checking connections is that on the outside of my house I have a cable with a coupler joining the two cables together.  I tried to push the cables together better.  Wondering if the recent cold weather could have caused some issues with that connection.

See status details below.  Please let me know if you see anything that is really out of wack.  Thanks.

You only have 1 out of a possible 3 or 4 upstream channels. And the one you have is way out of spec. Do you have extra splitters that you can remove? It may be that coupler you spotted is corroded, and you may have to have a tech out. Your docsis channels are also gradually losing signal as the frequencies get higher
