CONSTANT INTERNET SERVICE INTERRUPTION

My internernet service has interruptions almost everyday..At this moment my service is out with no ETA.. This is constant and unacceptable ! Why is this constantly occurring and when will this be fixed to stop all the constant interruptions ?

My account is always paid and cuurent, yet I am receiving a substandard level of service with no resolution in site !!!!... I want to be contacted by a live person with an explanation of what

Xfinity is doing to make permanent repairs and not bandaids to restore the service.

I'm having the same issue. Everyday now for over a year with multiple daily issues and long instances where I'm left without service. My bill is up to date and always paid in full and yet this still happens. It's not my router and modem either, the completely separate xfinity service across the street that I'm able to connect to is also down when this occurs. When it's my router that's the issue, I can still connect my phone to the place across the street, and very rarely if ever is it my router. This needs to be fixed, it's effecting us as we work from home. I have to pay these exorbitant bills yet they only provide service 65% of the time, how is this fair? My internet is down for >35 minutes at this point.

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue (copy your post and paste it there). Thanks. Re-closing this year old dead thread that was improperly re-opened by the new forum software / platform. A known issue that is being worked on.
