Trying to find out why my office keeps dropping calls. I have a couple of locations connected to a PBX in a data center, and only one location is experiencing call drops. Originally had T3 and T4 errors at this location where the calls were dropping. Tech came out and replaced a co-ax end on the outside of the building. I haven't seen anymore T3 or T4 errors since. But still getting complaints of calls dropping. Here are the specs on the modem:

I see a lot of uncorrectable packets. Is this normal for being up for 6 days?
