Bluetooth trouble shooting

I can’t connect my Smart TV with my cellphone. Even when both are connected under the same WiFi

Shouldn’t this be a question for your tv manufacturer. Comcast has nothing to do with your phone’s Bluetooth connection with or connection status between tv and phone

What make/model cellphone and Smart TV do you have?  What exactly are you trying to do, TV Cast or something like that?

FWIW, Bluetooth and WifI are not one and the same. They are two different systems / wireless connection methods.
