Blocked from employer's remote server after upgrading router to Xfinity Gateway

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help with this. Last week I switched out my old router (leased by Comcast) for the new Xfinity Gateway. Now I'm unable to access my employer's remote server and can't work from home. I have spent hours on the phone with my company's IT department and also Xfinity customer service with no luck. VPN connection is successful, advanced security is turned off, and my computer is listed as having verified access by the remote server. I CAN access the server when using a hotspot from my phone. An IT guy also mirrored all the same settings on his device and was able to connect to the server (although Verizon was his provider).

It seems to me that there is stricter security involved with this new router but I cannot seem to disable anything that grants me access to the server. Xfinity and my IT department keeps telling me to call the other one so I feel stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
