Blast internet slow

I have blast internet, but my top download speed direct from ethernet is only 95mbps and is should be 200mbps.,  I'm using a ARRIS SBR AC1750 Router, and ARRIS SB6190 modem.  I have never been able to get a download speed faster than 95.  Any suggestions??  Thanks

With an ethernet connection first thing to check would be the ethernet port/NIC on the computer.

Is it 10/100 or 10/100/1000 (Gigabit)? if 10/100 you would see speeds up to around 95Mbps. What does the link speed on the computer say? I know the router has Gigabit ports.

If it does have a Gigabit NIC. next leave the router out, connect directly from the modem to the computer. (you will have to powercycle the modem). Finally if still no joy try swapping the ethernet cable.

My experience has been great internet speeds (as advertised) for years with the sb6190 and blast pro until maybe 3 weeks ago. Our download speed has slowed to a crawl for no apparent reason. Upload speed is still the same. I am seeriously considering switching to AT&T fiber. I don't care if it costs me a bit or a lot more money. We are all working from home and I can't mess around with this unprofessional nonsense. , but their internet service has been rock solid and unbeatable, bang for the buck. With slow internet speeds, there is literally no reason to keep this service. I am scrambling to find out what I can do.
