Aruba Remote Access Point to Arris T25

I have a Google WIFI router connected to an Arris T25 modem.  The modem supports two ethernet ports, one of which I connect the router.  I have an Aruba Remote Access Point for my job (corporate network) that I'd like to connect to the second ethernet port instead of connecting it to one of my Google Wifi points in Bridge mode.  From what I've read on Arris, I need a second IP address to support this.  I've called and used chat with Xfinity help; they both say they don't support it.

I've seen other posts here with similar questions.  How do I obtain a second IP address for my Xfinity service?

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

Hi @mckinnem70

We appreciate you asking your question here in the Xfinity Forum, we are happy to help. @EG is correct. For residential accounts, in most areas, the option to have a second IP address has been phased out and can only be offered on Comcast Business accounts. I'd be happy to review your account to see if you are still able to have a second IP address, however, I cannot guarantee you will be able to keep it considering the changes being made. Please send me a private message. In the body of your message, please verify your first and last name and the numbers associated with your service address.
