I'm hoping a comcast employee can help me. The last person that was helping me left comcast and i dont think any took up her open issues. I have added a second IP to my account so that the 2nd ethernet connection on my modem would work. It was working great up till a couple of weeks ago when their was a comcast outage in my area and i lost the activation on the second connection on my modem. Can anyone please help? Thanks
P.S. ComcastElla was helping me with this but i do not know who took over her items.

We apologize to hear that you had lost the 2nd IP address after the outage. When things were restored the CMTS might not have pushed out the right bootfile to your modem.
