Have owned an Arris SVG2482AC for over two years and Event Log has stopped generating any entries sometime during the last thirty days. Bridge mode enabled with Netgear RAX15 AX1800 handling all routing activities. All equipment has been power cycled prior to this post. Please advise...Thank you
It's a gateway device that is subject to the ISP's firmware updates. Not certain, but perhaps a recent Comcast firmware update disabled the error logging feature, just like they did with their own supplied gateway devices ? YMMV.
