Arris SB8200 / Uncorrectables, occasionally lost packets

Howdy,

 

I'm running an Arris SB8200 and running into some packet loss problems that I don't believe is within my local network.

 

There's no splitters on property. There's one coaxial joiner under the house and another one outside that's grounding the coaxial on my property.

 

I'm looking for advice and/or I'd like to see about getting a technician to review outside my property going to it to see if there's any problems on the node (?).

 

Is there any suggested tools I could buy to test the coaxial cable?
