Arris SB6190 won’t connect after package updates and “upgraded” to Blast 200
Hello- as stated I have worked with both Arris and Comcast with parties SURE they other is the problem. Arris claims that my ip4v address being 192.168.100.1 is incorrect and Comcast needs to “activate” my service and correct. Comcast says that everything is fine on there side and they cannot manage my ip other than doing config/release and /renew. Anyone experience the same issue. Have tech coming tomorrow and would avoid getting Comcast modem but I MUST have internet for work Monday.
