All Devices Connect to Internet Except 3
Around three weeks ago, my Amazon Firestick and iPhone 8 Plus just stopped connecting to wifi, while my computer and every other device in the house could. I had tweaked around with the router and tried everything I could find to fix it, but none ended up working and accidentally ended up shutting my wifi completely off. I had a technician come in and get my wifi back on, but after he was done and I told him how my phone still wouldn't connect, he said it's probably a device issue. And then when I told him my Firestick was jailbroken, he told me that's probably why it isn't connecting.
I've had my jailbroken Firestick since 2017 and using the same network since 2018 and never had any issues like this. I've also had my phone since late 2018 and it's always been able to connect to this network.
Since the technician visit last week, I have reset my jailbroken Firestick to factory settings (and it still doesn't connect to the Internet), and I've tried another (newer and hardly used) Firestick in my home that was never jailbroken and it can't connect either. Two Amazon Firesticks and an updated iPhone that won't connect to the Internet. They're not blocked on my router at all either. Any help would be very appreciated.

Can't speak to the Firestick, but some things you can try with the iPhone 8:
Also, how many devices are on your WiFi?

Thank you for this advice! Unfortuantely, I tried all three and it didn't change anything but instead stayed the same (whereas the phone will connect to the wifi, show the strong signal strength but won't work or load anything).
On a daily basis, it's six devices connected to the network, and a few more depending on if they're being used or not (such as old laptops and gaming consoles).
I have Xfinity Prepaid Internet and I was going to upgrade anyways for something faster, but I think I'll be doing that sooner than planned in hoping that a whole new network will solve the issues.

I'm having issues with prepaid XFINITY internet as well I think it's their way of forcing us to use direct internet from them they really don't like anyone on the prepaid as it's cutting their bottom line. How can smart TVs connect but all my other WiFi devices (lights. Ac units, camera, computers, etc) won't connect. I took these same devices to relatives that have real internet from Comcast and they work fine. I think there needs to be a class action lawsuit against them here you're selling people internet at the same price and not delivering the service to the customer that's fraud in my book!
