After 4 months and countless hours on chat... .finally a tech visit on Saturday. Need advice.
I have been dealing with the slow GB speed since May. I have spent countless hours on chat and calls. They finally came out and replaced the line to my house and did something with the box on the line.... still same speed and same errors. So they are finally sending a tech to take a look at my whole house on Saturday and I was hoping someone could let me know what some good questions to ask are and what should I ask to see from their tests? My SB8200 logs are below. I would really apprecaite some help. The power seems very low to me.
