Add Second IP address to my Modem

Hello there, I am trying to get a second IP address added to my Netgear CM1100. Please advise on how to do this. If it is not viewable on the PDF, am I able to get my case escalated? Thank you very much!

They are phasing it out but I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. We've seen cases here where they have been able to get this accomplished for customers even when it is not listed in their rate cards, YMMV. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

@ComcastMorgan Hi I have same issue, setup Netgear modem, and only port sending internet signal is port 1 to my wifi router.  If I plug a pc/laptop into port 2 of my modem, no internet.  Netgear told me that xfinity will have to assign another modem to my account so i can bind them for other directly Lan connected devices, can you assist?

While you may have noticed above that we are in the process of phasing out our additional IP address option/feature, it is still available in a few select areas across our footprint. I can take a look for you to see if it's something we have the ability of adding for you, while we can't promise how long it will continue to remain available. There is a small monthly cost for the service that will apply for the length of time that you utilize the service, it's usually $4.95 per month. If you're still interested, please send me a PM with your first and last name so I can review the account. We will go from there!
